Great Link
There are very few times that I am in awe of people... amazed.. confused... annoyed... but not generally inspired. However when those moments happen I feel it is my duty as a writer, storyteller, person, what-have-you, to share their stories. This blog by is pretty awesome, this guy runs and he has Cystic Fibrosis. He has a conversational voice but also takes about his disease and how he copes. he also talks about his personal life and incorporates the running aspect. I feel ridiculous to complain about my knees hurting when this guy gets blood tests and is and out of doctors often.

Thanks Jen and Matthew. Matthew, I tell my parents the SAME THING. If I can do it, they should certainly be getting a little more exercise than they do. We had a big talk about it this weekend.
